Away, from your face high ponytail is highly recommended, Or whatever is comfortable for you.
I like to wear a scarf on my head, just to help absorb some of the sweat, from running down from my scalp to my face.
Remember to drink lots of water to prevent dehydration, depending on your workouts.
(Running, Yoga, Rock Climbing,Weight Training etc...)
After your workout you may want to shampoo/co-wash your hair. If you have Locs or Braids and don't feel like shampooing the traditional way, you may want to try Spray Shampoo's.
It's important to target your scalp and make sure that what ever method you choose to use.
That your Locs and Braids are completely dry, to prevent that mildew smell.
There are so many products on the market, your best choice will be for you to try which product works best on your hair. Remember, everyone's hair is different, what works well for some may not work the same for you. You may have to try a few products along the way, until you find that perfect formula. That is how companies make there own products by trial and error.
