Cantaloupe Banana Smoothie

Okay here's one of many smoothies that I make. Cantaloupe Banana Smoothie
The combination of banana, cantaloupe packs a powerful punch of potassium, calcium, vitamin C and beta carotene. This smoothie is a great way to start your morning breakfast on the go.

Ingredients

* 1 banana
* 1/4 ripe cantaloupe
* 1 cup soy milk or almond milk
* (optional) 2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar

Note: You may add some ice cubes or you can freeze either of the fruit for optimum flavor.
Or you may add Flax seed oil. This is how I get in my daily nutrients.

Flax Seed Oil contains omega-6 and omega-9 essential fatty acids, B vitamins, potassium, lecithin, magnesium, fiber, protein, and zinc.

So get out your blender and start making some smoothies.
