Happy New Year!
New Year's Eve clearly wasn't the same; many of us grew up watching "Rockin' Eve" hosted by the Legendary Dick Clark. Sadly he passed away in 2012.
Leaving many of us to think no more "Rockin' Eve"!
"Dick Clark" the smart think ahead always putting things in place. Mr.Clark was actually prepping Ryan Seacrest to take over; Mr. Clark was passing the torch.

"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve" had it's largest audience since 2000 with 13.3 million viewers and a 4.1 in the key 18-49 demographic. Before the annual special officially began, which was hosted by Ryan Seacrest and Jenny McCarthy, ABC paid tribute to the late Clark with "New Year's Rockin' Eve Celebrates Dick Clark," which also brought in high ratings.
Dick Clark you'll be missed & never forgotten!
