New Year Resolution!
Sticking to your New year resolution can be tricky.
"After all we are human; we might slip up"!
So, whether you plan on Eating clean, Losing weight, Going naturelle or Quit smoking
Here are some tips that may help you stay on the right track.

Tips to maintaining resolutions:

1:Think long term and make sure it's something you can realistically see happening.

2: Write down your resolution. This makes you more accountable for your actions.

3: Write a contract for yourself stating what you will set out to do, sign it to make it official.

4: Remember, to set small goals to achieve better results.

5: Think positive; you can achieve anything you want.

6: Get support, support from family and friends is very important.

7: Reward, celebrate your success with a reward that will not compromise your resolution!

If your goal is to lose weight this year? Your reward goal would be to buy a new dress or a pair of shoes. Not to have an extra slice of cake! :)

Remember this is a brand new you moving forward into the year. New Year new start!
